We hope that you find our service efficient, accessible and relevant to your needs but nonetheless recognise that there may be times when you feel it has been deficient. If you wish to make a complaint about the service you have received from any of the medical or administration team, please write to the practice manager as soon as possible after the cause for your complaint has occurred.
