All patients who register at the surgery after 1St April 2015 will be allocated a named accountable GP within 21 days of registration. Your named GP will be responsible for patients overall care at the surgery, you can contact the surgery to find out who your named GP is and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request to change your named GP if you wish to do so.
